Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Salesperson to join our team and drive the sales of our comprehensive IT support and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technology sales and a strong understanding of IT support services, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions. As a Salesperson for our IT support and infrastructure offerings, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and helping businesses optimize their technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in industries where IT support and robust infrastructure are essential.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, IT managers, and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Understand the unique IT challenges that various industries face and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects, understanding their current technology landscape, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations, technology demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits of our IT support and infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Negotiate terms and contracts while maintaining a customer-centric approach that focuses on mutual success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in IT support and infrastructure solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, raise brand awareness, and identify potential leads.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and opportunities for upselling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, preferably in IT support and infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT support services, network infrastructure, cloud computing, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.
