Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive the sales of our cutting-edge cyber security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security concepts and a proven track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions to businesses. As a Salesperson for our cyber security solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring organizations have the necessary tools to safeguard their digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the designated market, including industries where cyber security is a critical concern.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target companies.
- Understand the unique cyber security challenges that different industries face and tailor solutions to address their specific needs.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects, understanding their current security posture, pain points, and business goals to position our solutions effectively.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our cyber security solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Negotiate terms and contracts while maintaining a win-win approach for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in the cyber security landscape.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and identify potential leads.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cyber security or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, threats, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
